However, we did bring home a new member to the car family at our house. A 1980 Dodge truck. It was $200 and withe some fixing up should get decent gas mileage. At least that's what David says. He spent all weekend working on it. He got it started and even drove it down the street and bakc. I think it wants to stay with us since it starte to roll itself off the trailer before we were ready for it to come off. I was standing and waiting to help push it off the trailer as David moved his truck and it started to roll. So i run to catch it, like 5'1 me could really stop it! Luckly David still had the chains on it. So it didn't go far. It has no seat in it. It's in the bed of the truck! Handy for back seat driving i guess. It has a little foot stool to sit on to steer it. David drove it down the street like that. it sat in some guys back yard for 4 years. Oh the joys of living with a car guy. end up with some good stories i guess!
"The kids screaming, phone ringing Dog barking at the mailman bringing That stack of bills - overdue. Good morning baby how are you...Well, it's ok. It's so nice It's just another day in paradise. Well, there's no place that I'd rather be. Well, it's two hearts And one dream I wouldn't trade it for anything And I ask the Lord every night For just another day in paradise" Phil Vassar-"Another Day in Paradis
