Gold Medalist Kristin Armstrong

Was a guest speaker yesterday at work at our town hall meeting. I thought that was pretty cool. She gave a speech on setting goals and helthy life styles etc. One thing she said that i liked, i might not get it word for word but it was if you are happy in your life then everything that got you there was meant to happend to get you there and you've reached your goal, if you aren't happy, then you are still on the road and on your way to happiness. She advised you should always have goals big or small, they keep you moving. Also found out she loves Teddy Grahms!! She had a lot of good things to say. She showed her Gold Medal. She seemed pretty nice.
