Happy St. Patrick's Day!

The day of green, green beer, and leprechauns. Still looking for the pot of gold though. I get to attempt to make Corned Beef and Cabbage. Sounds pretty easy so lets hope it is. Found a recipe online and it had some great tips from people who have made it. So i will give it a shot. Also plan on making red potatoes. You are supposed to put them in with the corned beef but i want rosemary potatoes. I made them once a few summers ago and they turned out pretty darn good. I do have good moments in cooking. Wish me luck on dinner!
