Slacker! :)

Well I seem to have slacked off for the past two weeks. Not giving up, just need a new plan of attack. I have found some different run/walk intervals I want to try. 2 minutes was too much for me at the moment and I got discouraged. Plus it just got so danged HOT! Over a week of triple digit temps. Even at 9:00 PM when I go out it would still be in the high 90’s. It’s still in the high 90’s every day. I’m contemplating going to the gym instead and work on treadmill running. Plus I can get weight machines in too. The days will soon be getting shorter and I’ll have to go to the gym anyway. After 2 weeks of slacking off, it’s really hard to get back into the groove again! My couch is so comfy at that time of the evening! Evening really is the only time I have to work out. I’d have to get up too early to work out, shower, get ready, get two kids ready, and head to work. We only have one bathroom with 4 people getting ready. Our mornings are pretty well choreographed and don’t need to throw in a new step. We’ll see how this evening goes. Feeling kinda lazy these days…
