are so much fun....Get's up great for daddy. But when daddy leaves, the other personality comes out. He doesn't want to wear the jeans he has on, wants the green camo pants. This is as we are getting ready to walk out the door. I try to concvince him it will be more fun to wear them tomorrow for toy day. Hey, I try anything. I'm trying to also get him convinced we need to go. I'm yelling it, and spelling it. Not sinking in. So he's mad at me since i am mad at him. I should know by now yelling does not work. I need calm and patience with him. Something i am lacking right now in the mornings since i am up a couple times at night feeding the little guy. Then he decides he needs juice. Again as i am trying to get out the door. Try to tell him you will have juice at day care. Well i guess it's just not the same. So after buckling a fussy, squirmy 2 month old in the car seat contraption i get Cole his juice. It's purple grape juice i am pooring while wearing a white blouse. Praying i don't get a drop on me. I make it. No stains. Thank God. We make it out the door only a few minutes late. Cole still in his jeans and happily drinking his grape juice. James is in and out of sleep. We are fine once we are on the road. Cole is my little traffic cop now.
Cole-"The lights green mommy, we need to go".
Me-"we need to wait for the other cars to move"
Cole-"but the light is green mommy".
"Yes, Cole it is".
"The light is red mommy, we need to stop. Slow down!"
"Cole that is not our red light"
"But it's red, you need to stop"
"yes, cole the light is red"
"There is a stop sign mommy it means stop"
"yes it does"
"you need to stop"
"it's not for us"
"but it means stop"
"yes Cole"
So much fun. i could fo more car rides with Cole but i think i would run out of room!
